Application

Recommendation:

Four sprays daily under the tongue – two in the morning and two in the evening.
One spray contains approximately 120 sprays and is sufficient for at least 30 applications with daily use (contents: 30 ml).

If the taste is too strong for you, you can also mix the spray into a glass of water, a smoothie, or take it with a spoonful of honey. However, please note that when diluted, absorption occurs through the digestive tract, which may reduce bioavailability.
