Application

Spray 4 sprays directly under the tongue every day and keep the liquid in your mouth for up to 1 minute before swallowing. This allows the fine Myricals molecules to be optimally absorbed through the oral mucosa and used particularly efficiently. One bottle contains 120 sprays and lasts for up to 30 applications.

If the taste is too intense for you, you can also take the spray in a glass of water, a smoothie, or together with a spoonful of honey. Please note, however, that when diluted, absorption takes place via the digestive tract and bioavailability may therefore be lower.
