Das Full Body Set vereint unsere zwei Premium-Formeln Microbiome Recovery und Holistic Body Cleanse zu
einer Routine für Darm und Leber, zwei Systeme, die eng zusammenarbeiten. Microbiome Recovery liefert
fermentierte Pflanzenstoffe, Prä- und Postbiotika sowie Zink und Biotin. Holistic Body Cleanse kombiniert
Cholin, Zink und Selen mit fermentiertem Antrodia-Pilz, Artischocke, Mariendistel und fermentiertem
schwarzem Knoblauch. So hast du alles in einem Set: eine Formel für morgens, eine für abends.
Warum ergänzen sich Microbiome Recovery und Holistic Body Cleanse im Full Body Set?
Weil Darm und Leber eng zusammenarbeiten. Die Wissenschaft dahinter: Darm und Leber sind über die
sogenannte Darm-Leber-Achse direkt miteinander verbunden. Rund drei Viertel des Blutes, das die Leber
erreicht, fließt über die Pfortader direkt aus dem Darm zu ihr. Alles, was im Darm aufgenommen wird,
gelangt also zuerst zur Leber. Umgekehrt bildet die Leber Gallensäuren, die über die Galle in den Darm
abgegeben werden und dort für die Fettverdauung gebraucht werden. Ein Großteil davon wird im Darm
wieder aufgenommen und zur Leber zurückgeführt, ein ständiger Kreislauf zwischen beiden Organen.
Deshalb denken wir beide Bereiche zusammen statt getrennt.

Wie nehme ich das Full Body Set ein?
Morgens zum Frühstück nimmst du 2 Kapseln Microbiome Recovery, abends 2 Kapseln Holistic Body Cleanse,
jeweils mit einem Glas Wasser. Wir empfehlen einen sanften Start: In der ersten Woche von beiden
Produkten jeweils 1 Kapsel, ab der zweiten Woche jeweils 2 Kapseln. So kann sich dein Körper in Ruhe an die
fermentierten Pflanzenstoffe und Ballaststoffe gewöhnen. Durch die Aufteilung auf morgens und abends
lässt sich das Set außerdem ganz einfach in deinen Alltag integrieren. Bitte überschreite die empfohlene
tägliche Verzehrmenge von jeweils 2 Kapseln nicht.
Was steckt hinter der Fermentationstechnologie im Full Body Set?
Das Full Body Set vereint zwei Premium-Formeln, die auf aufwendig fermentierte Rohstoffe setzen statt nur
auf klassische Extrakte. In beiden stecken Rohstoffe, die mit der PhytoFerm® Kaskadenfermentation veredelt
werden, je nach Rohstoff sechs Wochen bis sechs Monate lang.
Mit dem Set bekommst du Polyphenole, lösliche Ballaststoffe aus 36 fermentierten Obst- und Gemüsesorten
(Präbiotika) und natürliche Stoffwechselprodukte aus der Fermentation (Postbiotika). In Holistic Body Cleanse kommen der seltene Antrodia-Pilz und fermentierter schwarzer Knoblauch dazu. Lebende Bakterien
enthalten beide Produkte nicht.
Kann ich das Full Body Set täglich einnehmen?
Ja, beide Produkte sind für die tägliche Einnahme entwickelt. Warum Regelmäßigkeit so wichtig ist: Biotin ist
wasserlöslich und wird vom Körper nur in geringem Umfang gespeichert, und auch für Zink hat der Körper
keinen eigenen Speicher. Beides sollte deshalb regelmäßig zugeführt werden. Und wie bei einer
ausgewogenen Ernährung zählt nicht der einzelne Tag, sondern die Gewohnheit. Wir empfehlen daher, das
Full Body Set über 3 bis 6 Monate täglich einzunehmen. Danach kannst du es gern dauerhaft als festen Teil
deiner Morgen- und Abendroutine beibehalten. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine
abwechslungsreiche, ausgewogene Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise.
Kann ich das Full Body Set mit anderen Produkten kombinieren?
Ja, grundsätzlich schon. Beide Produkte enthalten Zink, Holistic Body Cleanse zusätzlich Selen. Wenn du
weitere Präparate mit diesen Mikronährstoffen einnimmst, achte bitte auf deine Gesamtzufuhr. Wenn du
Medikamente einnimmst, insbesondere blutgerinnungshemmende, sprich vorher mit deiner Ärztin, deinem
Arzt oder in der Apotheke.
Kann ich Microbiome Recovery und Holistic Body Cleanse auch einzeln einnehmen?
Ja. Beide Produkte sind auch einzeln erhältlich und können unabhängig voneinander eingenommen werden.

Ist das Full Body Set bei Unverträglichkeiten geeignet?
Microbiome Recovery ist histaminfrei: In der Analyse eines unabhängigen Labors war kein Histamin
nachweisbar. Außerdem ist es vegan, glutenfrei und laktosefrei. Durch das fermentierte Obst und Gemüse
enthält es kleine Mengen Fruchtzucker: 6,8 g Fructose pro 100 g, das sind bei der Tagesdosis von 2 Kapseln
weniger als 0,1 g. Zum Vergleich: Ein mittelgroßer Apfel enthält rund 10 g Fructose. Bei Holistic Body Cleanse
wirf bitte vorab einen Blick auf die vollständige Zutatenliste, wenn du eine bekannte Unverträglichkeit oder
Allergie hast. Im Zweifel sprich mit deiner Ärztin oder deinem Arzt.
Kann ich das Full Body Set in der Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit oder mit Medikamenten einnehmen?
